About Pure City

Pure City started with a ten-year mission: to improve access to transparent health evidence and carefully specified products. That mission is bigger than a single store, so it isn't run as one. Pure City is an ecosystem of three connected pillars, each built to attack a different part of the problem — and Pure City Shop, where you're reading this, is the commerce pillar that puts the results of that work into your hands.

Chronic and preventable disease is, in large part, a solvable problem — but solving it requires better evidence, better matching of people to the right care, and better access to genuinely high-quality products. The three pillars

Pure City Research

Pure City Research is our independent research arm. It is funded by Pure City Shop, and the Shop is funded directly by people through product purchases and product pre-orders—so the research is ultimately funded by consumers. Funding and editorial judgment are kept separate: the research publishes what the human clinical evidence supports, including findings that may not favor products sold by the Shop. Every quality and efficacy claim made anywhere in the Pure City ecosystem, including on products in this shop, is checked against this research before it is published.

SameCase

SameCase is our medical case-matching platform, built to connect people with others who share their exact medical situation and with the care pathways that have actually worked for those cases. Where Pure City Research asks "what does the evidence say in general," SameCase asks "what happened for someone like me."

Pure City Shop

Pure City Shop is the commerce pillar — the place where the research and quality standards developed across the ecosystem become products you can actually buy and use. Every product here is sourced under our two-track sourcing system, tested to our published standard, and framed only by claims our own research can support.

Why three pillars, not one company

Pure City is funded directly by its customers. People fund Pure City Shop through product purchases and product pre-orders; Shop revenue then funds Pure City Research and the wider brand. In that direct chain, Pure City Research is ultimately funded by consumers—not by outside investors deciding what the research should conclude. Research remains free to publish findings that do not favor our products. SameCase has its own separate business model, because matching people to outcomes should not be influenced by what is for sale.

Customer payments are product purchases, not investments or donations. They do not provide equity, ownership, or a financial return.

Where we are

Our office is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and orders are dispatched from there. We ship worldwide, starting with the USA and Dubai (UAE) — more destinations open progressively. Every pre-order is protected: if we have not shipped your order by 30 November 2026, your payment is automatically refunded in full.
