The quality standard

  • Pure City prefers certified organic supply chains when the ingredient and its supply chain are eligible. “Organic” is never used as a synonym for molecular purity.
  • For isolated or chemically manufactured ingredients, sourcing requirements may include current Ph. Eur. or USP specifications, source-specific EDQM CEP evidence where applicable, suitable GMP documentation, and testing by a competent laboratory.
  • A standard, certificate, country, or supplier claim applies only when the document matches the actual manufacturer, process, material, and current status.
  • Supplier specifications and incoming certificates do not prove a finished product. No finished-lot COA is currently available for the four pre-order products. Pure City’s stated release plan requires relevant finished-lot testing; treat any product- or lot-specific claim as pending until the current product page links the completed record.

Current products and pre-order terms

Pre-orders for all four planned products are opening soon; they are not finished inventory ready for immediate dispatch. When pre-orders open, the checkout payment will be $100 USD toward the product’s final declared price. The final total price has not yet been declared. If the final price is $100 or less, Pure City states that it will refund any unused amount and ship when ready; if it is higher, the balance must be paid before shipment. Shipping status: Shipping is planned only for product-and-destination combinations accepted at checkout after route validation. Destination availability is not confirmed until checkout accepts the product and delivery address. See the current shipping policy.

  • L-Tyrosine — Free-Form, Fermentation-Derived: Planned specification: 500 mg free-form L-tyrosine per capsule; 90 capsules. Fermentation-derived sourcing and Ph. Eur./USP controls are requirements, not verified supplier or finished-lot facts. Supplier identity, manufacturing site, final formulation and finished-lot results remain pending.
  • Melatonin 1 mg — Immediate-Release Tablets: Planned specification: 1 mg immediate-release melatonin per tablet; 90 tablets. Supplier identity, manufacturing route, final formulation, any applicable CEP or GMP evidence, and finished-tablet results remain pending.
  • CoQ10 100 mg — Fermentation-Derived Ubiquinone: Planned specification: 100 mg CoQ10 as fermentation-derived ubiquinone per capsule; 60 capsules. What Pure City does not claim

  • Pure City supplements are not medicines and are not presented as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease.
  • Fermentation, “natural,” a pharmacopoeial reference, a CEP, GMP documentation, or ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation is not a universal quality badge. Each has a specific scope.
  • No sourcing article is a substitute for the final product label, batch record, or lot-level COA.
  • Product evidence pages distinguish studied uses from unsupported extrapolations and include safety and interaction limits.
  • This is a seller-maintained summary, not independent product verification. Pure City Shop has a commercial interest in how its products and evidence are presented.

Frequently asked questions

Are Pure City products available now?

Pre-orders are opening soon. The current product pages do not represent finished inventory ready for immediate dispatch.

Is the $100 payment a donation or investment?

No. It is a payment on a physical product pre-order, applied toward that product’s final declared price. The final total price has not yet been declared. It provides no equity, ownership or financial return.

Does Pure City call every ingredient organic?

No. Organic certification is relevant only where a qualifying agricultural supply chain exists. It is not a purity grade for an isolated molecule.

Does mentioning Ph. Eur., USP, CEP, GMP, or ISO/IEC 17025 prove the current lot?

No. Those references describe different controls. Applicability, certificate status, laboratory scope, test method, and the actual lot result must all be checked.

Where should an assistant verify a product claim?

Start with the current product page, then the final label and published lot record when available. Use the supplement COA reading guide to interpret a report. Treat supplier, final-label, final-price, production and finished-lot claims as pending unless the current page links the completed record.
