Research topics described below are educational context, not a promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Review the ingredient, suggested-use, warning, and interaction information before ordering, and ask a qualified healthcare professional if the product may not be appropriate for you.
Pre-orders are opening soon. When they open, your $100 USD payment will create a physical pre-order for this product and will be applied to its final declared price. At $100 or less, we will refund any unused amount automatically and ship when ready. Above $100, we will email only for the balance.
Campaign milestone: 1,000 units for this product. When pre-orders open, orders may continue beyond the milestone; it is a production target, not an inventory cap.
Nattokinase from traditional natto fermentation, standardised by enzyme activity. Each capsule provides a declared activity of 2,000 fibrinolytic units (FU). The activity measure describes a laboratory assay; it is not proof that an oral capsule dissolves a clot inside the body.

Sourcing and quality
The planned specification is a traditional natto-ferment nattokinase ingredient. Supplier identity, manufacturing site, route evidence, FU method and result, vitamin K2 result, final formulation, final label and finished-lot results remain pending. Pure City’s stated release plan requires suitable finished-lot testing and publication of the lot report before shipment. Any ISO/IEC 17025 claim will be made only if the named laboratory, current accreditation status and relevant scope are verified. Read what our supplement quality terms mean.
What the evidence does—and does not—say
Human evidence at about 2,000 FU per day suggests small average blood-pressure changes in some trials, but it does not establish a treatment effect for this product. No adequate human trial shows that oral nattokinase dissolves existing clots or microclots, improves Long COVID, or prevents stroke, heart attack, or deep-vein thrombosis. Laboratory fibrin-degradation results must not be treated as proof of what happens after swallowing a capsule.
Side effects and interactions
Possible effects include mild gastrointestinal upset, bruising or bleeding, and an uncommon allergic reaction; people with soy allergy should avoid it unless the final label and a qualified clinician indicate otherwise. Do not use without direct medical supervision with warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, dabigatran, aspirin, clopidogrel, other anticoagulant, antiplatelet, fibrinolytic, or thrombolytic medicines. Use caution with blood-pressure medicines and supplements that may affect bleeding, including high-dose fish oil, ginkgo, or vitamin E. Stop before surgery or dental procedures only on a clinician’s instructions. Avoid unsupervised use with a bleeding disorder, active ulcer or other elevated bleeding risk, a history of haemorrhagic stroke, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Safety notice: This is a dietary supplement, not an anticoagulant medicine or emergency treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or dissolve disease or blood clots. Never delay urgent care or change prescribed blood-thinning or blood-pressure treatment based on this page. Follow the final product label and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
