Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of purecity.shop and purchases from Pure City. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and Health Information

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Product information is educational and is not a substitute for medical advice. Read the label, follow the suggested use, and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, including before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with medication, or with a health condition.

Orders and Payment

Prices and the currency charged are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order for suspected fraud, a pricing or technical error, legal or import restrictions, or inability to supply.

First-Campaign Preorders

A $100 USD payment creates a physical pre-order for the selected product and is recorded on that order toward a final price that has not yet been declared. The payment is product-specific and cannot be transferred to another product. At a final price of $100 or less, Pure City adjusts the order automatically, refunds any unused amount to the original payment method, and fulfils the order when ready. Above $100, the customer must pay only the requested balance before fulfilment. The balance request will state the payment deadline and the consequence of non-payment. Each product has its own 1,000-unit milestone, and commitments may continue beyond it.

The applicable production estimate and latest ship-by date will be displayed before payment. Cancellation and automatic ship-by refund rights are described in our Refund Policy.

International Delivery and DDP

Delivery is offered only for eligible products and destinations available at checkout. Where checkout identifies a route as duties paid or DDP, the price includes the standard transport, export and import clearance, applicable import duties and import taxes described in our Shipping Policy. Customs authorities may still require recipient information or documents.

Accuracy and Availability

We try to keep product descriptions, availability, research summaries, and images accurate. Minor packaging changes may occur. We do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Intellectual Property

Site content belongs to Vellora Naturals Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of products or the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's location.
