When pre-orders open, the $100 checkout payment will be applied toward the product's final declared price. It will not be the final product price. If the final price is $100 or less, Pure City states that any unused amount will be refunded and the product will ship when ready; if it is higher, the remaining balance must be paid before shipment. Still pending: the final total price, final label, supplier qualification for the exact commercial source, first production, finished-lot testing and a lot-linked public COA. A supplier document or raw-material result cannot by itself establish the amount, contaminants, release behavior or other characteristics of the finished product a customer receives.
