Shipping Policy

Pre-orders are opening soon. No order can be placed and no payment can be made yet. Pure City Research is crowdfunded through purchases of products on Pure City Shop. When pre-orders open, each product will have its own 1,000-unit production milestone, and pre-order commitments may continue beyond it.

Planned Pre-orders and Dispatch

When pre-orders open, the $100 USD payment for a selected product will create a physical-product pre-order and will be recorded toward that product’s final declared price. If the final price is $100 or less, Pure City will automatically refund any unused amount to the original payment method and, subject to this Shipping Policy, ship that pre-order when it is ready without another checkout. If the final price is above $100, Pure City will request only the exact balance, and the pre-order will ship after that balance is paid.

Before any payment is taken, the applicable dispatch estimate and final ship-by date will be displayed. If Pure City cannot dispatch within that stated window, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full under the Refund Policy.

Duties-Paid International Delivery

When pre-orders open, Pure City plans to offer free DDP standard delivery internationally only for product-and-destination combinations accepted at checkout after carrier and customs validation. For an accepted DDP order, Pure City will cover standard door-to-door transport, export and import clearance, applicable duties and import taxes, and last-mile delivery. Any later balance request will relate only to the product’s final price, not to those standard DDP costs.

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. Under DDP, the seller is responsible for standard transport, export and import clearance, applicable duties, and import taxes through delivery to the named destination. Pure City will describe a route as DDP only after that product and destination have been validated with our carrier and customs partners.

For an eligible DDP order placed after pre-orders open, if a carrier requests an import duty or tax, contact Pure City before paying so the charge can be investigated.

Where We Deliver

Supplement import rules vary by product and country. After pre-orders open, shipping will be available only for the products, quantities, countries, and postal codes accepted at checkout. Acceptance of one product-and-destination combination will not mean that every Pure City product can be shipped there.

If we determine before dispatch that an order cannot be lawfully shipped or cleared, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Customs authorities control admission and timing, so inspections or document requests can delay delivery.

Customs Information

Customs or the carrier may contact you for a valid phone number, identity document, tax or import number, authorisation, or other information required by local law. Please provide requested information promptly. A request for information does not mean you should be charged duties or import taxes on an eligible duties-paid order.

Delivery Estimates, Tracking and Delays

For an order placed after pre-orders open, the delivery estimate shown at checkout will begin after dispatch and will not include the production period. Pure City will email tracking information when available. Courier, weather, inspection, or customs delays can occur, and no customs-clearance time is guaranteed.

Addresses and Failed Delivery

Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully. Packages cannot always be redirected after dispatch. If delivery fails because an address was incorrect, required recipient information was not provided, or the parcel was refused, reasonable reshipment or return costs may apply where permitted by law.
