Pre-orders are opening soon. When they open, choose a product and pay $100 USD. Checkout will create a physical pre-order for that product and record the entire $100 on the order toward its final declared price.

  • If the final price is $100 or less: we automatically refund any unused amount to your original payment method and ship the existing order when it is ready. There is no second checkout.
  • If the final price is above $100: we email a secure payment request for the exact balance only. The order ships after that balance is paid.
  • 1,000 units is a milestone, not a cap: each product has its own 1,000-unit production goal, and commitments may continue beyond it.

This is a product-specific pre-order payment, not a donation, investment, or general-purpose store credit. It does not provide equity, ownership, or a financial return. You receive an order confirmation after payment.

Duties-paid international delivery

Shipping is planned only for product-and-destination combinations accepted at checkout after route validation. We handle standard door-to-door transport, export and import clearance, duties, import taxes, and last-mile delivery.

What DDP means: Delivered Duty Paid places those standard delivery and customs responsibilities on Pure City through delivery to the named destination. We describe a route as DDP only after validating it with our carrier and customs partners.

Customs or the carrier may still ask you for a valid phone number, identity document, tax or import number, authorisation, or other information required by local law. This does not mean you should be charged. If a carrier asks you to pay an import duty or tax, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

Availability: supplement rules vary by country, so delivery is limited to products, quantities, and destinations accepted at checkout. If we determine before dispatch that an order cannot be lawfully shipped or cleared, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
